Restricted view seats now online
Spurs fans can look forward to an extra 1,000 tickets being sold online – taking a huge load off its box office.
Previously, restricted view seats could only be bought over the telephone because the customer had to acknowledge the implications of buying these tickets with sales staff, clogging up the system for other fans. Identifying this as a problem, Seatbooker made amendments to the online ticketing system, which highlights restricted view seats with a different icon in the seating plan. Once the ticket is selected the buyer has to click a checkbox to confirm they are happy to buy a restricted view seat and understand the limitations of purchasing one of these tickets.
Buying restricted view tickets online also allows the buyers to use the view-from-seat™ feature, helping them make a much better informed choice about the area they are sitting in.
