Blackburn Rovers Football Club have chosen Seatbooker as their service provider for online season tickets based on the success of the match day ticketing provided by the same supplier.
Blackburn have decided to offer their supporters the option of renewing their season tickets online. A spokesperson said the benefits were many, with the key factors being:
- The supporter gets an immediate confirmation of the purchase, by email and by SMS message if they request it
- Every seat they hold is immediately visible when logging on
- The advantage of being immediately sure that your seat is reserved
Blackburn Rovers have worked to ensure clean data so they can target their supporters appropriately. During next season, the club will have available the full Seatbooker suite allowing graphical choice of seat, seat moves and waiting lists.
