Leeds Rugby Goes for integrated ticketing and retail system
Leeds Rugby, owners of Leeds Tykes and Leeds Rhinos, are using the Seatbooker integrated ticket suite and retail system for the re-developed Headingley Stadium.
The Seatbooker retail and ticketing systems are now installed at Headingley Stadium, being used in the Leeds Rugby store and ticket office. Seatbooker was chosen despite having to compete for the business with an incumbent supplier and others.
The ticketing system and retail system deals with all these areas of the business:
- Seatbooker point of sale equipment manages each sale transaction for retail goods
- Seatbooker point of sale ticketing is used for both Tykes and Rhinos games
- Seatbooker integrated database for targeted marketing
The system will soon be expanded to include the award winning real time ticket sales on the Internet, putting Leeds Rugby in the company of other leading football and rugby clubs.
