Tickets for Gloucester Rugby Club now quick and simple
Gloucester Rugby Club, the "Cherry and Whites", make further investments in the club's infrastructure, to improve ticketing sales by phone, in person and on the Internet.
Gloucester Rugby Club have been investing in improving "the shed" as their (some say rightly) ground is known. As part of that improvement, they have expanded the ticket office, to make access to tickets quick, simple and widely available.
After rebuilding the ticket office, the club invested in the Seatbooker online ticketing software and managed service. This allows the club to build a database, while providing faster more customer focused sales from both the ticket office and on the telephone. The online software allows them to accurately identify each customer when selling tickets in advance of match day and build up a customer history.
The ticketing service will soon allow them to sell tickets on the Internet as well. Charlie Little, the club's Commercial Manager is keen to ensure simple, quick access to tickets, for both regular supporters and those that are just looking for leisure pursuits in their area but may not be rugby fans.
