Online ticketing services come to Llanelli Rugby Club
Llanelli RFC now use online ticketing software delivered by Seatbooker. Ross Davies, Commercial Director at Llanelli intends to use the new ticketing system to improve their customer service and marketing.

Using the online ticketing system, Llanelli will build a consolidated database of all customers and improve its ticketing and marketing to regular supporters. The out-sourced system service means that Llanelli will not have to worry about capital cost, computer rooms, maintenance, obsolescence and data backup as this is all provided for by Seatbooker.
Online ticketing via secure links across the Internet, is typical of the tradition of innovation. The "always on" connection to Seatbooker is a very cost effective solution and makes the system attractive to clubs of all sizes.
